SaudaChat Refund Policy

SaudaChat acts solely as a directory and discovery platform. We process payments only for seller software subscriptions (Paid and Pro tiers). We do not process payments for physical goods.

1. Subscription Cancellation

Sellers may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their Paid or Pro subscriptions at any time through their Store Manager dashboard. Once a subscription is cancelled, no further charges will be collected, and automatic billing (UPI AutoPay or card mandates) will be immediately stopped for future billing cycles.

2. No Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscriptions, once paid, are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your subscription or downgrade to the Free tier, you will not receive a refund or prorated credit for the remainder of the current paid month. You will continue to have access to your premium features until the end of your active billing cycle.

3. Refunds for Physical Products

SaudaChat does not collect money, process payments, or hold escrow for any physical products or services exchanged between buyers and sellers. Therefore, SaudaChat cannot issue refunds for physical items. Any requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds for products discovered on SaudaChat must be negotiated and resolved directly with the individual seller off-platform.
