- Account Data: We collect your mobile phone number for secure OTP authentication and account creation.
- Location Data: To provide our localized "Web Radar" and discovery feeds, we collect approximate or precise location data with your explicit consent.
- Storefront Data: For sellers, we collect business details, product catalogs, and promotional content voluntarily uploaded to the platform.
- Communications: We store chat messages and negotiations to facilitate communication between buyers and sellers on the platform.
2. How We Use Your Data
The information we collect is strictly used to operate the SaudaChat platform. Location data is used to show buyers the nearest active sellers and flash sales. Phone numbers are used for security and critical account notifications. We do not sell your personal data to third-party data brokers.
3. Payment Information
SaudaChat does not process payments for physical products. However, for sellers opting into our Paid or Pro software subscriptions, payment and billing information is collected and processed securely by our authorized payment gateway partner (Razorpay). SaudaChat does not store your direct banking or credit card details on our servers.
4. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your account at any time. Sellers can permanently delete their storefronts, product listings, and digital khata entries directly from their Store Manager dashboard.
