SaudaChat Shipping Policy

SaudaChat is a digital software provider. We do not provide shipping, delivery, or logistical fulfillment services.

1. Digital Service Delivery

For sellers purchasing a SaudaChat software subscription (Paid or Pro), your premium digital features and Store Manager tools are activated and delivered to your account instantly upon successful payment verification. There is no physical shipping associated with our SaaS subscriptions.

2. Physical Product Fulfillment

All physical goods displayed on SaudaChat are sold by independent, third-party local merchants. Any arrangements for local pickup, hand-delivery, or third-party shipping are strictly negotiated and executed directly between the buyer and the seller. SaudaChat does not track packages or guarantee delivery of any physical items.

3. Exchanges & Returns

Because SaudaChat does not sell or distribute the physical merchandise listed on our platform, we cannot facilitate product exchanges, returns, or replacements. Buyers must refer to the individual vendor's store policies and contact the seller directly through our Chat functionality to arrange any exchanges.
