1. Platform Nature

SaudaChat is a social media marketplace and digital directory designed to connect local buyers with sellers through discovery feeds, flash sales, and auctions. SaudaChat acts solely as a technology intermediary. We do not manufacture, store, ship, or take ownership of any physical goods listed by vendors on the platform.

2. Product Transactions

SaudaChat does not process payments for physical products or services exchanged between buyers and sellers. Any agreements, negotiations, and monetary transactions for products are conducted entirely outside our payment gateway and are strictly between the buyer and the seller. Buyers are encouraged to exercise due diligence before making a purchase.

3. Vendor Subscriptions

Sellers may utilize the platform via a Free tier or opt to upgrade to our Paid or Pro subscription tiers for advanced business tools.

• Payments processed through SaudaChat are strictly for these SaaS (Software as a Service) subscriptions.
• Users can upgrade or downgrade their plans at any time via their store manager portal.

4. Limitation of Liability

SaudaChat is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions, negotiations, or transactions between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or existence of items advertised by sellers on the platform.
